Driving Performance, Together

Leveraging the knowledge and creativity of our employees is key to improving our performance. We empower our people to create fresh ideas that challenge convention and break the status quo. Motivated and engaged, they help drive our growth and success. Everywhere we operate, our people are inspired to develop new and efficient ways of raising the bar to meet the needs of an evolving industry.

Our employees’ talents do not just reside in the field or office, and we choose to celebrate their creativity and passions whenever possible. For example, the majority of the photos found in the 2014 Annual Report were contributed by employees from a global photo contest. The photographs, which highlight our global operations from the viewpoint of our employees, not only reduced the costs often associated with gathering quality photography, but also better engaged our workforce.

Our entrepreneurial spirit is evident in how we approach challenges and how we share resources with co-workers. While everyone at Weatherford is empowered to innovate and create new solutions, by collaborating with their colleagues across groups and across borders, these ideas are made stronger and brought to reality sooner.

An Innovative Culture

At Weatherford, we provide our people with continuous support, challenging and exciting responsibility and the opportunity to make a difference. Our culture allows us to find solutions to our clients’ toughest challenges in environments around the world.

Longest Serving Employee

Photo of Diana Janssens

“In 1987, Diana Janssens and I were the only two employees of EVI. Fast forward several decades, and we have seen tremendous growth, becoming the company we are today—Weatherford. Diana, one of my dearest colleagues, has made a lasting mark on this company and on me. As she prepares to retire, I want to thank her for all that she has done.”
